Welcome To Our Dojo!
We want to introduce you and your family to CLAW Martial Arts. We are a neighborhood martial arts school that offers world class martial arts and self defense training to students of all ages.
Our Training Schedule
We teach martial arts and self defense skills to students of all ages with the goal of each student achieving his or her own highest skill level and potential.
We train Thursdays and Sundays and at other times by appointment with instruction for adults, teens and children. Additionally, private lessons and tailored self defense seminars are available for small groups.
Classes include traditional kata, sparring and self defense training. Our Thursday and Sunday classes are taught in the Heritage Hall at the Antioch United Methodist Church located at 50 Walton Lane off Lone Tree Way.
Thursday classes begin at 6:45 pm in the evening and Sunday classes begin at 2:45 pm in the afternoon.

Our Chief Instructor
Sifu Craig Lawrence is a certified Fourth Degree Black Belt in the Kajukenbo System and a member of the Kajukenbo Self Defense Institute created by our Founder Sijo Emperado. Because of his diverse training background, Sifu Craig offers a wide variety of highly effective traditional and modern day martial arts to students of all ages.
Sifu has earned the title of "Competitor of the Year" in two different Divisions on the AMAPA tournament circuit for two consecutive years. Additionally, Sifu Craig earned the title of "Competitor of the Year" on the Gold Cup tournament circuit in his Kajukenbo and Japanese Kata Divisions.
Sifu Craig also holds the rank of Shodan in the Shotokan System and enjoys teaching this traditional Japanese style as well as "Kaju." He is an active instructor who is continuing his life long journey in the martial arts.
